Come out and join Hello Gorgeous Wellness Group’s Colors of Courage Stroke & Swallow on January 21, 2023, from 6pm till 10pm.
Queens we understand that it takes courage to face our life’s secret/hidden challenges and some days are harder to face than others. We want to come together for encouragement and support for one another to let you know that we all have these days or moments but there will be light at the end of the tunnel. We will stroke while we hold our heads up high and face all of our obstacles with pride and courage and we will sip to celebrate all of our victories for everything that we’ve overcame and for those things we have yet to overcome.
This will be a rainbow themed party. Ladies pick out your color and come dressed in that color and bring your bag, tote, basket etc. full of goodies and alcohol or beverage of your choice that matches your color.
We’ll enjoy a live DJ, food, laughter and fun while we dance, and paint & sip with other queens. There will be a contest for best dressed and most creative, we will also have door prizes and raffle ticket giveaways throughout the night.
The cost is $75/person in advance general admission

Women's Self Defense

Living in today’s society comes with certain luxuries and precautions… We want any woman that comes across a predator to have the basic skills needed to be able to survive an attack. Come join us for a self-defense class to gain these skills needed to protect yourself. Saturday February 18, 2023 @ 12:00 - 1:30pm. Please do not eat anything immediately before the training (eat around 9am or earlier).
The cost is $75/person, it comes with an hour and a half of self-defense training, t-shirts, and a bagged lunch (half sandwich [choice of Turkey & cheese, Ham & cheese] potato soup, salad, and water) for afterwards.
Ticket sales start 11/11/2022 and ends 2/11/2023 or until all spots are filled. There are ONLY 20 spots available for this training class, so don't miss out on your spot, get your tickets sooner than later.

Join future leaders and innovators, entrepreneurs, and overall empowered women for a workshop designed for all women, that will focus on the sheer strength of empowerment, positivity, overcoming adversity and most importantly practicing/learning self-love.
Attendees will: Enjoy brunch, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, hear inspirational stories from local empowered women who have overcome and mastered the importance of self-love. Participate in two or more self-love workshops, have a photo-shoot, meet and greet local entreprenuers (make-up artists, estheticians, eyebrow/eyelash techs, nail techs and many more) and participate in an environment where women can talk freely and be themselves.
Vendors are welcomed and encouraged to join us, to display your business and services to local women who may become your future clients/customers.
General admission to attend is $75 per person in advance prior to date and time of the event then $100 at the door

Come out and join Hello Gorgeous Wellness married edition, Fan the Flame, Rekindling That "Spark", Couples Retreat April 28, 2023, 5 pm - May 2, 2023, 10 am. As sure as April Showers will bring May Flowers, we have an unknown belief that good things definitely follow our storms to make us better. This retreat is focused around and celebrates the marriage and will address the needs that sometimes goes unmet. The takeaways will be new skills to rekindle your partnership, better communication and a renewal of the love that you share for one another. This is an all-inclusive 5-day 4-night stay with jammed packed activities to Fan the Flame to your marriage and rekindle that spark to keep it lit. This event is exclusive to married couples that are willing to do the hard work needed to keep their marriage alive and vibrant. You will be amongst other like-minded couples that share your same relationship goals.
The cost is $2000/couple. Unfortunately, there is only room to accommodate 8 couples. This is on a first pay (reservation) first secure basis.
